- Deriving a reasonable value range (not guesswork)
- Choosing an indicated value and writing a defensible paragraph
Day 4 — Report writing, reconciliation, certification
- Report structure and flow: scope → facts → analysis → conclusion
- Reconciliation: weighting evidence (not averaging)
- Consistency checks and common report red flags
